I have a lot of stretch marks on my thighs from losing weight that I'm really embarrassed about :s what is the best way to get rid of these?
Stretch marks fade over time. Preventing stretch marks use Coco butter & Vitamin E oil. Usually you do this before you get stretch marks so you don’t get them. But you can try applying those on still and it may help fade
is it good if in the middle of your work-out all your body is roasting and sweating and then at the end, even though you worked your ass off the whole way through, your stomach and thighs go all weirdly cold....? Mine did that today and it seem really weird, haha. My face was still warm though...<3

im recovering from anorexia, but i always find that im never eating enough calories, even though i want to! what are some high-calories foods to make sure i have a high intake, or some good snacks or tips?
Hey :) so what I recommend you to do is just start off eating healthy. Eat when you’re hungry and stop when your full. Don’t force food to yourself till your uncomfortably full. Try eating between 1,000 to 1,300 healthy calories. So eat lots of fruit, lots of veggies, oatmeal, granola, Protein like nuts, black beans, eggs whites, turkey, chicken, salmon. While gaining weight to become healthy you need to put healthy foods in your body too :) These are healthy but high calories foods; nuts, banana’s, peanut butter, yogurts, pure fruit juices, pasta. Hope this helped a little. Just eat a lot and very healthy. You want to gain healthy weight. So your body isn’t crappy feeling :) Good Luck! <33
Firstly, I think you're absolutely gorgeous! I hope you get scouted :) Also, I was wondering what your opinion/experience is on drinking diet drinks? I drink a lot of diet coke and I'm starting to wonder if that's what's preventing me from losing weight because I exercise and eat healthily, but my body isn't really changing.
Aww thank you sweetie! :) I hope I get scouted too! Okay so for diet drinks. first off they are just as bad as regular non diet drinks. They have fake sugars that are harsh on your body. Your blood sugar spikes causing an insulin burst. Your liver responds by tuning any sugar it can get it’s hands on into fat. But anyways both diet and non diet are very bad for you. Look at it this way. Anything that can take corrosion off a car battery shouldn’t be going into your body. Soda causes you to store fat. So toss those diet sodas aside and find another healthy drink that is healthier :)
how do i stop college from taking over my life.i have so much more to focus on. im seriously struggling to keep the parts of my life seperate.
Juggling college life & your personal life is always hard :/ especially if you have a work life on top of that and being swamped with a ton of classes for college. My best advice for you is write down everything that you have going on during the week no matter what it is. Write down everything that you’re dealing with and try to figure out a plan/agenda on how to organize your life so it’s no so hectic. Have half of the day you deal with college and the other half dealing with your personal life. I know it can be hard I was in college 40 hours a week. From 8:00am-5:00pm Tuesday’s-Saturday’s and I had A LOT of personal life stuff going on and I was swamped with school :( So i understand it can be super hard. But try writing down how many hours of the day you are truly busy. And how many hours of the day you have free time to deal with your own stuff. That’s what i did and it helped out a little.
