If i do 100 jumping jacks , how does i help your body does it help towards smiler legs are what?
It’s just simple cardio. Just an all over body work out pretty much. It’s just something different to add in your exercises. if you’re looking for leg exercises to slim them or what not. I have plenty posted in my blog.
Hi! (: I'm 5'3 and 107 pounds. Although I look small I have unslightly belly flab and my thighs are ridiculously unproportional to the rest of my body. Would intense cardio exercises be the best way to combat them? Or would a combination of strength and cardio workouts be better?
Just do a lot of cardio. I do have lots of ab & leg work outs in my blog that do work and help, so go look for those in my blog. i have them posted all over.
Haha okay. I was just about to say dang if you’re 6’5 you’re not going to be able to loose much… lol ANYWAYS! First off to start loosing weight work out 5 days a week for hour & 30 minutes of hard working exercises that get your body exhausted every time. Make sure you eat at least 1,500 calories of strictly healthy food. Drink lots of water & green tea. If you work hard you can loose 1-3 pounds a week, resulting you to be able to loose 4-10 pounds a month. But it all depends on how hard you work yourself. I have plenty of exercises, healthy food, snack and meal ideas in my blog. And healthy tips in my blog as well. So go check that out. It should help :)

So first off you’re really 6’5? That is really tall. Just making sure that you put your height right. Because I am going to ask you what is your goal weight. Message me back in my message inbox and tell me what you want your goal weight to be.
Now that it's summer this is changed but I used to dance an hour at school plus between an hour or 3 every day except Sunday. I did mostly jazz or ballet, although an hour of that was tap.
Okay, well I have done Jazz & Ballet. It’s honestly all depends on how hard you work. And it’s all up to you on how much weight you’re wanting to loose? Or if you’re just trying to maintain a weight. But I would suggest more of a work out. Keeps you in shape more, helps you loose weight and keeps you active.
how do you exercise when it's that time of the month? :<
Well… I just tell myself to tough it out and go work out. I mean yeah there are days when you just don’t want to fricken do a thing. And then maybe you shouldn’t that day. But just try and do at least some work out during your period. Do some yoga, go on a long walk, just do something.
So, I've been eating really healthily and exercising hard for the past 7 weeks and I have lost 7 pounds :) I have 5 pounds left to lose and I am really scared that the last 5 pounds will be really hard to lose. I usually workout really hard so that I'm sweating like crazy (I do sprint intervals on the treadmill and go on the elliptical) and I think maybe I should change my meals?
Do you have any lunch idea's which don't involve bread and any tips to not hit a plateau?

Hey! :) GOOD JOB!!! <3 :D Very proud of you! :) As for your plateau, we all hit a plateau sooner or later. You’re not going to have to change what you eat. But you’re going to have to switch up your work out. Do more than you usually do a couple days out of the week, lets say you work out 5 days a week 2 or 3 days out of those 5 days work out really really hard. The only reason why your body plateus is because your body gets pretty much use to the work outs. If your work outs are starting to become easier for you then you need to step it up to harder exercises. Thats all :) Hopefully I helped a bit. And good luck! You’ll be able to achieve it! :)
Do you think dance is enough of a workout or do I need to supplement it with other exercise?
Depends…. I use to dance and did for 6 years. It’s a good work out. But it all depends if you’re getting a good work out from it. Dance to me yes it was a good work out, but my body didn’t take it as a challenge that much anymore. How many days a week do you dance and what type of dance and how long do you dance for a day. Doing more work outs won’t hurt. It will just get you to your goal weight faster.
