                              My Personal Work Out

I work out 7 days out of the week. I work out in the mornings, because it works best for me, it gets my work outs out of the way so I don’t have to worry about it later. (:

I use the P90X work out videos. I do a lot of yoga, Pilates, running and light weights, light weights. I switch up my work outs every other day.
